A systems view of an integrated development paradigm is proposed, which calls
for local systems that are inclusive and yet related. Four sub‐systems named as
Quadrants have 10 streams within them.
2 Quadrants – the Built environment and Knowledge are encapsulated by 2
membranes; Quadrant D – Social Interface ‐ which relates to other inclusive
systems and Quadrant A which relates to the Meta‐System.
